2007 Jeep Wrangler JK 3.5″ lift and 31575R16 tires and wheels..?

will i notice more than a 3.5″ lift increase because of the 35′s i am putting on.. Will the tires being so big increase the heigth at all and add to the 3.5″ making the total increase like 5″ or something.?
i currently have the basic wheels and tires like 26570R16 on the Jeep..
i stated that incorrectly up above.. i am putting a skyjack 3.5″ lift with the 35′s.. will the overall increase be more than 3.5″ because of the 35′s like maybe a total of 5″
